Platinum Coaching Package: $3299 (up to 1 year)

  • Includes all three phases of work-foundation, gut and metals and maintenance up to 1 year

  • Unlimited text and email support

  • Unlimited test analyses and protocol development

  • Testing fees and supplements additional cost

  • Additional 6 months of support for $850

Phase 1 Foundation Coaching: $1599 (up to 6 months)

  • Includes nutritional guidance and support

  • Protocols for bloodwork, oats and Dutch (1 each)

  • Unlimited text and email support

  • Testing fees and supplements additional cost

  • Additional months $300/each

Phase 2 Coaching: $1599 (up to 6 months)

  •  Unlimited text and email support

  • Protocols for gut testing and retesting if needed

  • Testing fees and supplements additional cost

  • Additional months $300/each

  • Phase 1 completion required within last 3 months

Phase 3 Maintenance Coaching (up to 6 months) $899

  •  Unlimited text and email support

  • 2 additional test analyses if desired

  • Supplement modification as needed

  • Addressing additional stressors as needed

  •  Testing fees and supplements additional cost

  •  Phase 1 and 2 completion required within the last 3 months

**Coaching calls packages:

  • $250/hr

  • $900 for 4 1-hour sessions
